Kweek Invoice ("we", "our", or "us") is operated by Divkontech. We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you use the Kweek Invoice web application and mobile app (collectively, the "Service").

By using our Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

Account information — When you register, we collect your:

• Full name
• Email address
• Password (stored as a secure hash — we never see your plain-text password)

Business information — When you set up your profile, we collect:

• Business name, address, phone number
• Business logo (stored as an encoded image in our database)
• Preferred currency and brand settings

Invoice and client data — When you use the app, we store:

• Client names, email addresses, phone numbers, and addresses you enter
• Invoice details: line items, amounts, dates, notes, and terms
• Invoice status history

Usage data — We do not use third-party analytics. We do not track your behaviour across the app.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the invoicing service
• To display your business information on invoices you generate
• To process subscription payments via Paystack
• To send transactional emails where applicable (e.g. password resets)
• To improve and maintain the Service

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services which may process your data:

• Paystack — for subscription payment processing. When you upgrade to Pro, your payment information is handled directly by Paystack and is subject to Paystack's Privacy Policy. We do not store your card details.
• Render — our hosting provider. Your data is stored on Render's managed PostgreSQL database servers located in the United States.
• Google Fonts / Bootstrap CDN — font and UI resources loaded from CDNs. These services may log your IP address per their own privacy policies.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in a managed PostgreSQL database hosted by Render. We use industry-standard measures including HTTPS encryption for all data in transit and hashed passwords. While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Your business logo is stored as an encoded image directly in the database — not on the filesystem — so it is not lost if the server restarts.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information via the Settings page
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data
• Export your invoice data

7. Children's Privacy

Kweek Invoice is designed for use by businesses and individuals aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
